As part of our continued expansion we require a

COMMERCIAL SALES NEGOTIATOR

This is an important full time position and a key role within the Commercial Team’s operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle a diverse range of tasks including:-

• Dealing with daily property enquiries and thoroughly identifying applicants needs in a professional and articulate manner
• Coordinating viewing appointments and negotiating sales and letting terms between applicant and clients and recording all details efficiently on computer file records
• Reviewing applicants requirements periodically
• Making regular client contact as part of our client care regime

The successful applicant will display the following qualities:-

• Professionalism in approach to all aspects of work
• Confidence in communication with business clients and applicants
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and have a desire to succeed
• Ideally have sales ability/experience in a business environment
