At Nick and Gordon Carver Residential, Carver Commercial and The Mortgage Advice Bureau, we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our team members, customers and the general public and we are taking guidance regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) extremely seriously.

We have taken the following steps to alter our working practices in order to protect everyone’s safety, but also continue to serve you and your property and mortgage needs as best we can during this uncertain time. We sincerely hope these measures are short term, as I am sure you do too.

Our office doors have been closed since 5pm Monday 23rd March, however, all departments are set up and working from home.

  • We are able to receive incoming enquiries and emails as normal.
  • We are dealing with any ongoing enquiries via phone and email.
  • We have postponed all viewings, valuations, property inspections and surveys and face to face meetings until we are able to safely resume.
  • We are still able to discuss your property search criteria, advise you on your future property marketing plans and your mortgage needs over the phone.
  • If your property is currently under offer or you are buying a property with us, or are using one of our mortgage advisers rest assured our team are progressing all cases as smoothly and quickly as we are able.

We are proud to have been assisting and advising the communities of Darlington, Richmond, Northallerton, Newton Aycliffe and their surrounding villages on residential and commercial property related matters as well as mortgage and lending needs for over 30 years. In these unforeseen times, we are all being asked to adjust and adapt our lives in order for us to keep our communities safe and overcome this terrible situation we find ourselves in.

Thank you all for your support. Keep safe.
