The buyer of your property will pay a non-refundable reservation fee or deposit up front. This cuts out any time wasters and provides additional security.
The average selling time of an auction property is around 30 days. We tie the buyers into a fixed time-scale of 28 days to exchange contracts and 28 days to complete the deal.
