We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Residences By The Sea, Residences In The Park and Historic Residences set in the 1887 Hotel. All our residences are a part of the ownership program. You can choose to own on a weekly basis, a quarter-share, or a whole ownership and we encourage you to further tailor your purchase to suit your needs by selecting the time of year and the amount of time you spend here.

Residences come fully furnished, with all fixtures and fittings included. Whether you choose a residence with 740 or 4,000 sq. ft., or purchase one week, 13 weeks or the entire residence, you will appreciate the superb finishes and generous, thoughtful floor plans. We have spared no detail in The Crane’s blend of 19th century grandeur and 21st century convenience – from the high timber ceilings, handcrafted mahogany furnishings, private tropical gardens and coral stone walls, to luxury spa baths and even your own private swimming pool.

The superb suites in the private residences at The Crane, the first of which opened in 2001, offer owners a new standard in luxury ocean-front accommodation. You can inhale the original atmosphere of The Crane while appreciating spectacular ocean views. 

Extremely spacious, these ocean-front residences, feature hardwood or stone floors, 12’ ceilings, authentic Barbadian furnishings and décor, and in most cases private ocean view pools. Also included are fully equipped kitchens perfect for dining in or for entertaining al fresco on spacious terraces.


Residencies In The Park

These are newly built residences, located in the Park, only a short walk from the beach, with all the amenities of the Crane.  We have a variety of apartments available including ground apartments with their own private gardens, dining gazebos and outdoor jacuzzis, to a penthouse with a completely private sundeck with rooftop pool and BBQ area.

All properties have large balconies or outdoor space and come fully furnished and equipped.



Private Residencies

Uniquely positioned as a gated residential community within the gated Crane Resort, the master planned luxury development will consist of five residential buildings, each housing spacious (1,880 to 3,285 sq. ft.) two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences.  The first phase is well under way and all properties have already been sold out, with reservations already being taken for apartments to be built in 2017.
